A Sacred Space in Santa Barbara
We built this creative space in Santa Barbara for our lovely client to display her art.
A dear friend of the client provided the leaded glass windows you see throughout the structure. We adore the art deco feel of them as they add a special sense of geometry to the vibe.
We incorporated the 6-lite doors we reclaimed from Bacarra Resort and maintained their original green color since it seemed to fit perfectly with this structure. We even painted the window frames on the leaded glass to match!
Victorian Stained Glass came to the rescue when it came to finding three gorgeous pieces of colored waterglass for the back wall. We wanted to match the piece of art that our client told us would be hanging below them. The way the light changes in the structure because of these glass pieces is magical.
Also on display in this space are our clients' beautiful crystals:

Rose quartz is known as a healing crystal and the stone of unconditional love. It's believed by some to emit strong vibrations of love, which are thought to: support emotional and relationship healing. inspire compassion. boost feelings of peace and calm.)
Both crystals will support her on the next leg of her journey of love!
The shed sits in a central location in our clients yard, with beautiful landscaping all around. It looks like it belongs exactly where we built it. Our structures are assembled on site in a single day and the magical moment of this structure coming to life was particularly fun!
This sacred space is nestled right next to a vintage railroad caboose where our client lives!
